Our approach is unique to the industry, the Total Body Wellness experience is an all inclusive program providing everything you need to achieve a successful life transformation at one convenient location all for one low price.
What to expect
You’ll first meet with our program director for a personalized health and fitness consultation to establish your individual program objectives such as weight loss and fitness goals. Any medical records related to previous or existing medical conditions are reviewed, health baselines are established and recorded for future comparisons.
Next, you’ll undergo your Total Body Wellness Safe Start assessment, the industry’s most comprehensive health & fitness evaluation, performed by a medical exercise specialist (MES). It includes an 11 point musculoskeletal screening, a postural assessment, muscular strength and endurance testing, cardiopulmonary screening, biomechanics and functional movement analysis.They’ll also examine your body mass index, body composition and analyze your lean muscle and fat mass. From there, we can determine the best course of action based on your personal objectives.
We will then conduct a complete personal dietary review. With all that information in hand, the Program Director and MES will create a customized Total Body Wellness Program and Dietary Protocol and review them with you.
Options such as; 1-on-1 fitness training, group training and/or MED-FIT educational classes, mindfulness behavior support classes, and weekly dietary reviews are all available to reinforce the Total Body Wellness Program and help keep your weight loss and fitness goals in mind and on track.
Follow-up assessments will be conducted every 30 days to help you monitor and celebrate your progress. And as your journey with us comes to an end, we’ll perform a final comprehensive review to compare to your initial assessment so you can see the all the changes.
Total Body Wellness Weight Loss provides support and other resources along with scheduled electronic follow-ups post-discharge to reinforce adopted lifestyle changes.
